It is Strait Brands' continuing ambition to build a solid business around strong branding and product excellence.

Within its formidable brand portfolio it has Strait Brands, Strait Drinks, Strait Fine Food, Strait Vodka, Strait Dry Gin, and The Tamar Distillery.

Future acquisitions will deliver enormous brand strength, intellectual property and technical expertise and further potential for growth into other food and beverage sectors.

The trademark Strait, will be appended to the company’s expanding range of Tasmanian premium quality spirits. It is now registered in 27 countries, including the whole of the European Community, the United States, and the Russian Federation.

The management team intends to create a strong, profitable business, building on what is already a significant and increasingly prominent corporate profile in Tasmania, Australia and overseas.

The vertical integration of production, wholesale and retail provides additional potential income - profit - streams, while the horizontal integration of complementary brands is pivotal in strengthening the opportunities being presented across the corporate entity.
